Appartamento bellissimo , nuovo e ben arredato a 10 min. a piedi dalla spiaggio vacanza fantastica

La struttura ci ha pienamente soddisfatto. Il personale presso la struttura è stato molto gentile e servizievole. Consigliato.

Molto soddisfatto. Appartamento molto confortevole in una posizione ottima. Molto curato nei particolari . Unico neo nelle camere non si trova uno specchio e bisogna usare quello del bagno x 2 camere e si sa x le signore è un problema ma x il resto pulizia e appartamento tutto ok

Appartamento a 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ma è posizionato su una delle principali strade di San Vito, un pò caotica il sabato notte. Attraversando la strada si trova un comodo piccolo supermercato. Appartamento con 2 camere spaziose con letti matrimoniali, in una è stata ricavata una "cabina armadio" nell altra si trova il 5° letto e purtroppo l unica televisione. Sono installati 2 condizionatori ed è presente una lavatrice. La cucina non è grandissima adatta per 4 persone, però è presente una terrazza su cui è posizionato un secondo tavolo. Il bagno ha dimensioni ridotte ma ha doccia, wc, bidet e lavandino; purtoppo vi si accede dalla cucina. Appartamento adatto per chi come noi non ha troppe pretese e lo utilizza principalmente per dormire, lavarsi, fare colazione e pranzi o cene ridotti. Lo staff dell agenzia molto cordiale, reattivo e disponibilissimo a risolvere qualsiasi situazione problematica; complimenti e grazie!!!!

We, 6 adults and 2 children. were 16 nights in June 2018. (+) Very good location in San Vito lo Capo, close to everything by walking - beach, center, cafe, restaurants, sport area, bus stop, office. It is good villa for 3 families, comfortable terrace with a big table and a grill. It was enough area around the villa, a large living room with TV. The rooms were with comfortable beds. Interesting interior and old wooden furniture, but a little shabby. The view from the balcony is superb. Good kitchen with a lot of dishes. Office personals were very friendly, it was nice to talk with them. All the necessary things that we asked them they immediately provided us. (-) There was no WIFI and it was very desirable. The towels can be changed for charge but we used a washing machine. It was only mop for wet cleaning and no mop for sweeping the floor and terrace. There was no drying rack for wet dishes. Overall a great Villa for a large family.

Ottima posizione, appartamento pulito e comodo, unica pecca dovuta comunque al fatto che era nuovo mancanza di alcuni servizi (tipo piatti o sedie in veranda). Comunque da riprovare sicuramente.

Pretty, nice house in a great location. Awesome sea views on San Vito Bay. Well appointed for 2 adults and 2 kids or further 2 babys. Spacious rooms, functionally bathroom, solid furniture. Great outdoor area with different and lovely places to sit. Outdoor charcoal grill station. WiFi included. Some worn parts should be replaced, e.g. cots in the kid s room, showerhead, some spare parts in the kitchen are overused or missing.
