Summer 2022: San Vito lo Capo Events

After two years of doubts and uncertainties, a season reopens ready to entertain everyone, from the oldest to the youngest.

Two different events will be held from 02 to 05 June, such as “Zero Barriere” and “Tango Marathon”. Zero Barriere is the sporting event created to raise awareness in the country on the issue of disability and sport for all, promoting the culture of sport accessible to all and facilitating the start of sports, in particular, of people with disabilities. The Tango Marathon, on the other hand, is an event with the free patronage of the Municipality of San Vito Lo Capo, in which tango enthusiasts gather to dance together.

Feast of San Vito lo Capo will take place from 13 to 15 June, a village festival dedicated to the patron saint San Vito Martire.

From 17 to 19 June our eyes will shine with San Vito Buskers, the event that every year attracts street artists, musicians, mimes, jugglers, fire eaters, clowns, waders and living statues.

From the 11th to the 16th of July one of the most significant events will be held, the Siciliambiente Film Festiva, an international festival of a certain depth in Italy, which deals with fictional films, short films, documentaries and animations related to environmental, sustainability and of human rights.

Streetball Bomgroud West Sicily will take place from 21 to 24 July, the event dedicated to Outdoor Basketball 3 vs 3, tournaments and camps dedicated to streetball for adults and children.

from 29 to 31 July there will be Bagli, Olio e Mare, the event in which rural archeology is valued with its beams, oil and slow food principals.

From the 1st to the 7th of August the Beach Soccer tournament will involve everyone. It is organized by the Academy of Sport of Trapani and will be spent on the days spent playing and competing together on the beach.

From 5 to 7 August the Indie Club will be held, the event in which between Stage and Performance, he devotes himself to indie pop music with the weekend of the “Swing Festival - Colomba Bianca”.

From 20 to 21 August the Vertical Summer Tour invades the streets of Sna Vito lo Capo. This is the most famous traveling holiday village in Italy, accompanied by the summer sound of Radio DeeJay.

From 8 to 11 September the streets are filled with colors with SUA - Urban Art, the event that uses urban art as a tool for the redevelopment and regeneration of public spaces.

most awaited event of the year, the Cous, will be held from 16 to 25 September Cous Fest, the international festival of cultural integration. Every year it organizes cous cous parties and tastings from every corner of the world.

From 6 to 9 October the city will host Tempo Ri Capuna, with tastings, boat trips, music and shows that focus on local fishermen and dolphin fish.

The event dedicated to outdoor sports lovers, the Outdoor Fest, will take place from 12 to 16 October. Trekking, Mountain Bike, Climbing, Kite Surf, Slacke Line, and much more awaits you.

The Triathlon will take place on October 16th Sprint, the 15th Roberto Miceli memorial, dedicated to FITRI members.

From 21 to 23 October the Obstacle Coure Running invades the streets with obstacle courses in a city circuit, with athletes registered in the FOCR

From 29 to 30 October the San Vito Beach Running season closes, the circuit in San Vito lo Capo dedicated to beach running sports.
